Important Information to Consider Before Using Mama Parcel Services

• Shipping Charges: Shipment charges are calculated based on the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece. The price quoted covers shipping your parcel from our warehouse in India to your destination address.
• Fuel Surcharges, IGST (Tax) within India, and Emergency Situation Charges: The displayed shipping rates include fuel surcharges, taxes within India, and emergency situation charges.
• Estimated Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines are specified in working days (Mon-Fri) and are subject to customs clearance.
• Duties / VAT / Clearance Charges / Admin Charges at Destination: The shipping price does not include duties, VAT, or any clearance/admin charges at the destination. If imposed, the receiver is liable to pay these charges.
• Commercial Shipment Clearance: For shipment values exceeding INR 25000, additional clearance charges of INR 4000 will apply on top of the shipping charges shown.
• Remote Area Charges: A surcharge of INR 3045 applies when a shipment is delivered to a location that is distant or difficult to serve. Remote area postcodes will be considered as listed by the shippers.
• Oversize Dimensions: Parcels with any one side dimension exceeding 120cm will incur an additional charge of INR 9000 for shipping.
